Eat Smart New York (ESNY) Hudson Valley
Cornell Cooperative Extension's Eat Smart New York of the Hudson Valley Region collaborates with many to create a systematic change through education, policy, practice and environmental approaches. The goal of these collaborative efforts is to facilitate and empower voluntary adoption of healthy nutrition and physical activity behaviors conducive to the positive health and well-being of low-income (or limited resource) individuals, families, youth, schools and communities.
